01 — Problem
All Noise - no signal
As AI began to emerge, conversations around it were very much stuck in the "should we use it or should we not use it?" instead of anticipating that it would change every way we work and live.
02 — Solution
Build a forum to advance the discussion
In partnership with groups in London in Chicago and the greater United States, I have put on a series of talks and panels over the last few years, contextualizing AI within the history of film and photography, VFX and virtual production and have helped audiences find their way past the marketing, hype, and fears around AI, to see how it can enhance their daily lives, creative practices, and ability to create.
03 — Impact
Global reach - a new mindset
Incredibly well received, the original program has been adapted to a number of formats and venues around the world. From school classrooms to 118ft LED walls, we've worked hard to help creatives and educators move beyond, "should I use AI?" to "How can this new technology work for me?"
